Payment

Your can choose to pay for the goods you order by credit/debit card or by cheque.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO US BY POST OR BY E-MAIL. All credit card transactions take place on this website via Protx.

Cheque payments can be sent to us at our contact address below. All cheque orders will be dispatched once payment is cleared.

Orders

All orders placed on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. All orders we receive are deemed as an offer to purchase goods from us. The automatic e-mail we send you when we receive your order represents an acknowledgment of your offer to purchase. The acceptance of your order by us and the conclusion of a contract between us will take place when we send you an order update e-mail confirming that we have dispatched the goods to you. Liberty Crafts reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a case, a full refund will be given.

Customs

International customers are responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes that may be required by their home country when their order arrives. We have no control over these charges and we do not know how much they are likely to be.

VAT and Prices

For UK orders and all European Union member states, VAT at 17.5% is charged on goods purchased.

For orders to the Channel Islands and all other countries, UK VAT is not charged on goods purchased.

Products

The dimensions of goods provided on this website are approximate only. Some of the products are natural products and/or handmade, due to this, there may be some minor variations and slight imperfections.

Damage in Transit or Faulty Goods

Liberty Crafts offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including postage costs incurred, for any goods that is damaged in transit or faulty.

In the event that a purchase is damaged in transit or faulty, please notify us immediately at customerservice@libertycrafts.co.uk stating whether you would prefer a replacement or full refund. Please return the damaged or faulty item to us, at our contact address below, with its original packaging and a photocopy of your invoice within five working days of receipt and we will send you a replacement or a full refund.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, please notify us of your intention to return the item(s) at customerservice@libertycrafts.co.uk

Any such unwanted goods are to be returned to Liberty Crafts, at our contact address below, at your own expense, unopened and as new, with a photocopy of your invoice within seven working days of receipt and we will provide you with a refund.

The safe return of damaged/faulty goods and returns to Liberty Crafts is your responsibility. Liberty Crafts will not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit and we therefore recommend you to obtain a free Certificate of Postage/Proof of Postage from the Post Office.

Modifications to Website Content

Liberty Crafts reserve the right at all times, to make changes to the content of this website, including these Terms and Conditions. Prices and products are subject to change without notification. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in place at the time of your visit to this website.

Each of the items on this Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one part will not affect the validity of any other part.

Resolving Complaints

If you have any reason to complain about our service, please e-mail us at customerservice@libertycrafts.co.uk stating what your complaint is about. We will respond within 3 working days to resolve the complaint or to offer a timescale for the resolution of the complaint. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days.

Events Beyond our Control

Liberty Crafts will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language
